Robert Wreschniok researches and advises on questions of strategy activation and organizational transformation. For more than 18 years he has been supporting leading international companies and hidden champions from medium-sized businesses in organizing, communicating and activating their corporate strategy. He is a board member of the Cluster for Innovation and Digital Transformation (CIDT).

In recent years he has specialized in strategy visualization and design. Since 2015 he has been a member of the Design Strategy Board (Basel) and is the contact person for TATIN Design Enterprises in Germany. As a co-founder of the Future of Leadership Initiative (FLI) in 2013, he established one of today's leading cross-industry and cross-generation networks to address the challenges and opportunities posed by digital transformation.
