Dr. Christian Schiede is our expert for strategy activation in family-run mideum sizied companies. He has been working exclusively for family businesses and with entrepreneurial families since 2003.

He combines his practical experience with research expertise at the Witten Institute for Family Enterprises and the worldwide STEP project. He has prepared numerous transformation processes and generational changes as a consultant and sparring partner and personally accompanied them closely.

Dr. Christian Schiede is also founder and partner of shpAdvisors. His experience in strategy and organizational development as well as in the establishment and further development of management and supervisory bodies is correspondingly diverse.
